Recipe: Tomato Cream Sauce with Tuna

3 cloves garlic crushed
1 smll onion chopped
1 8-oz can tomato sauce
0.5 tsp sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pc chicken bouillion cube (I used 1 tsp chicken bouillion powder instead)
2 cans tuna
1 can Nestle cream (I used fresh cream instead)
1 cup water

Sauté garlic and onion. 

Add tomato sauce, water, sugar, and chicken cube. 
Stir continuously until slightly thickened. 
Add tuna, cream, salt and pepper to taste.


Goes well with 1 small box of spaghetti.
Makes 5 servings.






I made this recipe for hubby's birthday dinner (on left in picture). I doubled the amounts for everything because I was serving 9 people, there were still a lot of leftovers but it's so yummy, I didn't mind eating it the next day too.
